Matt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talisman Capital Partners. Matt also founded and served as CEO of Bound Tree Medical, the largest U.S. supplier of emergency medical services (EMS) products. In 2008, Bound Tree merged with Tri-anim, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products and a leading distributor of EMS products, creating the nation’s leading specialty distributor of health care products. Both companies are managed under the holding company Sarnova. Matt is currently the Chairman of Sarnova.

Matt was previously an executive with Cardinal Health where he managed the National PharmPak division. Matt received his MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Williams College.
